This blog is more or less two blogs rolled into one because I have been too busy to post pictures over the last couple of weeks.  I'm going to make it brief this time, also.

The first set of pictures was taken two weeks ago.  I decided to climb Palgong Mountain just to do something active.  It is a pretty popular hike here in Daegu and I enjoyed it quite a bit.

I took this next set of pictures while hiking with Rob at Palgong Mountain this last weekend.  We had a really good time.  It was snowy at the top of the Mountain this time and it was sooo cold!  We had planned to hike the ridgeline from Palgong Summit to Gatbawi Rock, but we couldn't because the wind ripping over the ridge was bone chilling and we didn't have great gear.  I took a picture of the same tree both times (the one with the banners on it).  You can see the icicles on the second picture.
