  A local property management company is responsible for a 10-unit residential complex on Capitol Hill.  As the building is not large enough to require a resident manager, the licensed Property Manager, himself, was struggling with scheduled maintenance for the common areas of the building.  Seattle Synergy Property Services was there to help.  With routine maintenance and cleaning, the Property Manager was able to focus their attention 100% on management and tenant relations resulting in more effective and efficient services for the building owner.  
     
  A rooming house in the University District was leasing units with shared bathrooms.  The bathrooms were always in disarray; both the tenants and the management were unknowingly neglecting to clean them.  Seattle Synergy Property Services was there to help.  Enacting a program of scheduled routine cleaning resulted in a more outstanding appearance of the property.  This ultimately provided the building owner benefits through decreased vacancy and increased rent amounts!  
     
  The resident manager for a 30-unit residential complex in Eastlake was becoming increasingly frustrated with juggling her 40 hour workweek downtown and the basic maintenance of the facility.  She was exhausted coming home from work and still having to vacuum the common hallways.  Seattle Synergy Property Services was there to help.  We designed a scheduled cleaning regimen for her that included vacuuming common areas 4x/month, cleaning windows and railings 2x/month and sweeping exterior walkways 2x/week.  With those duties removed from her schedule, the resident manager was able to decrease her workload and increase cleanliness of the building.
